PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to decide the online application of the sixth respondent vide Application No. DTCP/L/0136572/2017/23, dated 17.02.2024, for new plan approval after giving due consideration of the petitioner's objections, dated 21.11.2024 and 03.12.2025 within time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to decide the online application of the sixth respondent, vide Application No. DTCP/L/0136572/2017/23, dated 17.02.2024, for new plan approval after giving due consideration of the petitioner's objections, dated 21.11.2024 and 03.12.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the first respondent had already returned the sixth respondent's application on 11.12.2024

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
