O. P. (MD) NO. 11198/2017 dated 15.09.2017 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 448, 380, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.627 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
