2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. Charge sheet has been filed before the Trial Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the concerned Court for all future hearings regularly.
