ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 379 IPC r/w 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act in Crime No.427 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are nine previous cases against this petitioner and warrants have also been issued by the concerned Magistrates.
4. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
