ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (i) IPC in Crime No.428 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner tried to attack a Whistle Blower, who had given information to the Police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure was only on 25.11.2014, but whereas it is alleged that the defacto complainant was attacked by this petitioner on 24.11.2014, which cannot be probable.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are nine previous cases against this petitioner

6. In view of the fact that there are previosu cases against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to this petitioner, Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 03/03/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
