This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.12.2019 in CSR No.1036/2019, dated 24.12.2019 from the file of the second respondent to some other agency, within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.1036 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.3719 of 2020 of 2019, dated 24.12.2019, the respondent police has issued summons to the petitioner for appearance on 28.12.2019. However, the petitioner has not appeared before the second respondent till date. She would further submit that if the petitioner appears before the second respondent for enquiry, due enquiry will be conducted. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a time frame may be fixed to the second respondent to complete the enquiry.

5.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner for appearance and complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
