This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to remove the 2/6
name of the petitioner from the history sheet in H.S.No.511/2005 in accordance with the provisions of Police Standing Order based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of June 2023. Thereafter, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
