ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.8 of 2005, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 147, 148, 397, 324, 336 and 307 IPC, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that this petitioner along with other accused were accused of aforesaid offences and this petitioner was initially arrested and was released on bail. Subsequently, this petitioner had absconded and therefore, the case against him was split up in PRC No.8 of 2005. As regards other accused, who were attending the Court, the case was committed to the Court of sessions and after trial, they were acquitted. This petitioner has been in hiding since then. Now, the petitioner submits that he is willing to surrender before the concerned Court. If so, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and his application shall be decided on merits.
