PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to pay all retirement benefits of petitioner's father viz., S.Marimuthu-helper worked in the third respondent Office vide her representation dated 12.06.2016.

ORDER

Mr.G.Kasinathadurai, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner's father was employed in the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited. He passed away on 16.07.2012. Subsequently, the petitioner's mother also passed away on 15.09.2015. The retirement benefits payable to the petitioner are yet to be disbursed. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation in this regard on 12.06.2016.

4.The third respondent is, therefore, directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
