Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition from 05.01.2017.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed. However the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
