O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor to conduct an expeditious trial in C.C.No.123 of 2017.

2.According to the petitioners, the petitioners are the accused in this case and the case is pending from the year 2017. So far no trial is commenced.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now the case is posted for examination of witnesses 1 to 3 and the respondent police will co-operate for speedy disposal by producing the witnesses.

4.This Court has also called for report from the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the learned Magistrate has also assured to dispose the case without any delay.

5.Considering the long pendency of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court direct the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Valliyoor to dispose the case in C.C.No.123 of 2017 as early as possible without giving long adjournment beyond 15 days. The respondent police is also directed to produce the witnesses without any delay. 6.With the above directions, this petition stands disposed of. 03.03.2025 Internet :Yes NCC :Yes/No PNM To
