Mrs.S.Prabha Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking quash of proceedings in C.C.NO.207 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the first respondent submitted that the matter stands posted for cross examination of P.W. 1 to 3.

4. The case is of the year 2007 and the petitioner has come forward with this petition in the year 2015. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings of the trial court at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.s are closed.

5.Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court as and when required. The trial court is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.207 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
