Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records of the impugned order dated 16.02.2021, vide F4/2021 (M.S) issued by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 16.02.2021.
2.The petitioner is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Physics under the third respondent/Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar College, Melaneelithanallur. By the order impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner was placed under suspension for a period of three months. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having initiated complaint with regard to the selection process of Associate Professors in the said College, the impugned order of suspension came be to issued as against the petitioner.
3.Mr.Ashok, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, submits that due to the dispute in the affairs of the Management of the third respondent College, the Government has taken over the administration of the entire College and now the College is administered by the Special Officer. He further submits that the order of suspension is also revoked and charge memo was also issued as against the petitioner. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, domestic enquiry is also completed and yet to pass final orders. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order impugned in this writ petition is revoked, the writ petition is closed.
