This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.171 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.171 of 2019 and final report has also been filed and the same has taken on file in S.C.No.14 of 2020.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
