This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1194 of 2020 on the file of hte second respondent.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Subramaniapuram Police Station, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.1194 of 2020, laid a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
