ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order, dismissing the petitioner's application for grant of patta in respect of Natham Poramboke land.

2.Admittedly, against the order passed by the Tahsildar, an appeal is provided before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Without availing alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot maintain the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the authority concerned, if he is so advised. No costs. Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the petitioner.
