Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to take appropriate action and conduct proper enquiry as against the respondents 4 to 7, in the light of petitioner's representations / Complaints, dated 15.01.2025 and 27.01.2025 in accordance with law as per the direction laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.Government of Uttar Pradesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to take appropriate action and conduct proper enquiry as against the respondents 4 to 7, in the light of petitioner's representations / Complaints, dated 15.01.2025 and 27.01.2025 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaints given by the petitioner, they already registered a case in Crime No.67 of 2025 for the offences under Section 296(b), 115(2) and 133 of BNS Act.
3. Since the representations of the petitioner was already considered by the third respondent and the FIR has been registered, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
4. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
