ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to sub divide the property in S.Nos.274/1, 300/3B situated at Kottaram East Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, having an and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.Nos.274/1, 300/3B situated at Kottaram East Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, to an extent of 1 acre and 50 cents. Earlier, a joint patta has been issued with regard to the above survey numbers. Hence, the petitioner has made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 06.01.2018 to the first respondent to sub divide the above property and issue separate patta in his name. The first respondent, by the proceedings dated 13.01.2018, directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application. So far no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as other pattadars.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
