This petition has been filed praying to quash the C.C.No.598 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after completing the trial, C.C.No.598 of 2013 has been ended in acquittal and all the three accused were acquitted on 30.09.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
