Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MUTHUSARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) are present.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this court in Criminal Original Petition from 13.01.2017 onwards and the petitioners are charged for the offence under section 420 IPC inclusively.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
