ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13577 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1103 of 2024, by order dated 12.12.2024.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 12.12.2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 1/3

complying with the condition from 07.02.2025 to till date. He further submits that the petitioner is aged about 73 years and he is residing at Chennai and he is also having a heart problem. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the age of the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 07.02.2025 to till date, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13577 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 25/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
