ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file the final report in respect of Crime No.658 of 2022 dated 25.12.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already they have completed the investigation in this case and filed the final report through e-filing on 20.02.2025 and the same is pending before the Judicial Magistrate no.IV,

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the investigation and to file the final report and the final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate no.IV, Madurai, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
