O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.292 of 2022, dated 29.07.2022 and file final report within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that already, they completed the investigation and filed Final Report. Based on the same, the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.239 of 2025, which is pending.

3. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition and considering the fact that already the Final Report was filed and now, the case is pending in CC.No.239 of 2025, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
