ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw all the records pertaining to DVC No.107 of 2016 along with its sub matters in Crl.M.P.No.1138 of 2020 (CNR TNTP 03-006379-2020) and Crl.M.P.No.1349 (CNR TNTP0372122020) of 2020 in D.V.C.No.107 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and transfer the same to any competent Court of same jurisdiction in a nearby District for an expeditious disposal of the case. 2.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20550 of 2021, dated 22.12.2021, already the Domestic Violence Complaint in D.V.C.No.107 of 2016 along with other petitions filed by the respondent were ordered to be transferred by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
