Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.UDHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C and Section 4(1A) r/w 21 (4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.43 of 2007. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
