PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to withdraw the case in Crime No.235 of 2020 from the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the file of the fourth respondent.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for withdrawal of the case in Crime No.235 of 2020 of Kadaladi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and entrust the investigation with the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Ramanathapuram. 2.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Kadaladi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.235 of 2020, has made the charge sheet ready against the accused.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3378 of 2021 Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Kadaladi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, to file the final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of this order and the petitioner/defacto complainant can file an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate, if he is not satisfied with the final report filed by the respondent police and ofcourse, so advised.
