ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in connection with the CSR No.884 of 2024, dated 05.11.2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the complaint from the petitioner and assigned CSR No.884 of 2024 and the same is now under enquiry and also assured that they will complete the enquiry within one week.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition and the respondents also admitted the receipt of complaint and assigned CSR No. 884 of 2024 and also assured to complete the enquiry within a week, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of one
(1) week from the date of this order.

4. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
