Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 447, 448, 294(b), 506 (ii) of IPC and Section 3(i) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.253 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.
