RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11678 of 2017 dated 04.09.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.VELAVADHAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 11678 of 2017.

2.This court directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court daily. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police from 21.09.2017, on 09.10.2017 & 10.10.2017 the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has not appeared before the respondent police.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court daily, without fail, until further order.
