ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Moo.Mu.No.352/2022/J, dated 30.01.2023, by the Rental Control Authority-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the issue has been amicably settled between the parties. It is further submitted that the petitioners have filed an affidavit, dated 29.01.2026 stating that they have entered into a compromise with the respondents. The compromise is with regard to vacating the tenancy property.

3. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Recording the said compromise, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The affidavit filed by the petitioners, dated 29.01.2026 shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
