RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 11508 of 2016 dated 13.7.2016 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a,m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
