This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition conducted by "Ilampuyal Kabadi Kuzhu" scheduled on 15.01.2018 at about 10.00.p.m, to 16.01.2018 at about 10.00.p.m, in the play ground which is situated near Inamrettiyapatti, Pudur, Palayakottai Village, Manappaprai Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2018. 2.Heard, Mr.M.Prabu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during Pongal Festival Kabadi competition conducted by "Ilampuyal Kabadi Kuzhu". Likewise, in this year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also, the petitioner has a proposal to conduct kabadi Tournament on 15.01.2018 at about 10.00.p.m, to 16.01.2018 at about 10.00.p.m, and for that, he gave a representation on 05.01.2018 to the respondents, but, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.01.2018 and dispose of the same on or before 14.01.2018.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
