ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 52(A) r/w 68(A) of Copy Right Act in Crime No.833 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is selling some new cinema DVDs in the musical shop.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) who would submit that two previous cases have been registered as against the petitioners for the same offence.

5. Under these circumstances,this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
