Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Vide Order of this Court, dated 23.06.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.5056 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.434 of 2016, the petitioner has to deposit Rs.25,000/- in a Nationalized Bank, at Musiri, to the credit of C.C.No.176 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

4. In the facts and circumstances, two weeks time from today is extended to deposit the amount as per the Order of this Court, dated 23.06.2016.
