ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to consider his representation dated 12.02.2024, pending on the file of the third respondent.

2. Though, the petitioner's contention is that there has been no progress pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024.

3. Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a detailed enquiry has already been conducted in the matter and the third respondent has to pass orders.

4. Considering the above, this writ petiton is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
