The petitioner seeks police protection to enable her to put fence in the petition mentioned property. The petitioner is having a civil dispute with the third respondent herein. The petitioner had earlier moved this Court by filing a writ petition for conducting survey of the property. I am of the view that the petitioner ought to move only the Jurisdictional Civil Court for enforcing her right. Invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is rather misconceived.
