ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 279, 337, 304(A) of IPC, alter in to 341, 323, 324 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.277 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 46 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
