O RDER This petition is filed to quash the private complaint made in S.T.C.No. 5604 of 2019, on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Already sufficient time granted. When this matter was listed before me on 16.03.2023, the petitioner's counsel not ready for argument, hence, the case was posted on 29.03.2023.

3. On 29.03.2023 and on 13.04.2023 when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, the case was posted to 27.04.2023. On 27.04.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner, The petitioner was called and absent. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 28.04.2023, under the caption "for arguments or for orders". Even today, ie. on 28.04.2023, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. 2/4
