ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to provide the electricity connection to petitioner's house at Door No.4/459-A Keela Kuzhil Kudi, Nagamalai Pudukkottai, Madurai District on the basis of her application dated 23.03.2017 given to the respondents. 2.Heard Mr.N.Mariappan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.P.Venkateshwar for Mr.Johnny Basha, Standing Counsel for respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner had sent an application dated 23.03.2017 seeking electricity connection to her house. So far no order has been passed, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent did not receive any such application and states that if any application received they will consider and take necessary action.

5.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file fresh application to the second respondent along with all require documents with necessary fees. On receipt of such application, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
