O. P. (MD) NO. 11707/2017 dated 11.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w.20 (b) (ii) (c) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.166 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 42 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
