Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the District and Sessions Court cum PCR Court, Sivagangai District to dispose the bail application filed by the petitioner on merits on the same day of his surrender before the above mentioned concerned court in pending investigation of Crime No. 219 of 2016 on the file of Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.AMARNATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is an application seeking further two weks time to comply with the order dated 02.08.2016 passed by this Court 02.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)no.12959 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner fell down from the bike and sustained injuries and therefore, he was not able to arrange sureties as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.12959 of 2016 and hence, further two weeks time is needed to comply with the order passed by this Court.

4. Considering the representation made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.12959 of 2016.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
