ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.157/2018/SaPa, dated 22.02.2018 passed by the 1st respondent.

2.Heard Mr.N.Anandakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, the 1st respondent wants to dissolve a Co-operative Society based on the interim report filed by the 2nd respondent under Section 88 of the Co-operative Societies Act, without furnishing the report, now a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner. In the circumstances, the petitioner is unable to submit his explanation. 4.Considering the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to issue a copy of the Interim Report filed by the 2nd respondent under Section 88 of the Co-operative Societies Act to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. petitioner shall submit his explanation within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, on receipt of objection if any the first respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass suitable orders.

5.With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
