ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal submitted by the petitioner on 29.01.2018 to include the name of the petitioner as a member of the 2nd respondent society as per Section 21(2)(1) of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Society Act 1983 within a time frame that may stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. G.Karnan, Standing Counsel for respondent 1 and .Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent 2.

3.According to the petitioner, he was a former member of the 2nd respondent society and suddenly he was removed from the society. Hence, the petitioner has sent many representations to the 2nd respondent to include him as a member to the society. So far the 2nd respondent had not issued any order, hence the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 29.01.2018. But so far no order has been passed, he seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal earlier and add the petitioner as a member of the 2nd respondent society.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal on merit in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
