ORDER

This writ petition came to be filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Senior Grade Conductor in the respondent Corporation. Due to his health condition, the petitioner requested the respondents to allot him the light duty. In this regard, he made a representation, dated 24.02.2018 to the respondents. However, the respondents did not take any action on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
