Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SUNDARARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent, made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. Anticipatory bail was granted on 24.11.2016 directing the petitioners to appear before the concerned court within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that copy of the order was delivered on 07.12.2016. This petition was filed on 20.12.2016. The petitioner failed to appear within the stipulated time and this petition is filed in time.

4.
