Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioners in respect of the property in S.Nos.1045/1 and 1047/1 at Nadumangalam Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioners in respect of the property in S.Nos.1045/1 and 1047/1 at Nadumangalam Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioners' representation dated 14.02.2021 was registered in CSR No.242 of 2021 and is posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioners, based on findings and on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
