RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of complying the condition for the period of 3 months from 02.08.17 to till date as per this Honourable High Court order in Crl.O.P.No.8873/2017 dated 13.07.

2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent are present and heard.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as a post Graduate Teacher in Chemistry at Government Boys Higher Secondary School and in view of granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner has surrendered before the concerned Court on 27.07.2017 and he has appeared before the respondent police from 28.07.2017 to 01.08.2017. Hence, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.MP(MD)no.7118 of 2017 to modify the condition imposed by this Court since he is working as a Teacher. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.MP (MD)No.9692 of 2017 to condone the absence before the respondent police for the above said reason.

3. Mr.Ashokan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation was completed and charge-sheet was laid and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.231 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and the petitioner is also appearing before the Trial court.
