PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct the R1 to R3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of the R4 to R12 on the basis of the complaint, dated 18.01.2024.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner from the hands of the respondents 4 to 12 on the basis of the complaint, dated 18.01.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and closed the same. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass orders without issuing notice to the private 2/4

respondents.

4.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
