ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.01.2015 for the offences punishable under Section 392 I.P.C. altered into Section 395 I.P.C. in Crime No. 708 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). The respondent police filed a status report with strong objection for granting bail to the petitioner.

3. It is seen that this petitioner and the co-accused had planned in an ingenous manner to commit the present offence. They identified the victim lady and they followed her. After some time, one of them pulled her chain and went away and this accused and others who were also watching, made it appear as if they were chasing the other accused by making a hue and cry.

4. Taking into considering the serious nature of allegations as against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
