ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that direction given by this Court for earmarking the pathway and removing the encroachment has not been complied with.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on ground that there is no pathway. The jurisdictional Tahsildar is directed to pass an order to that effect and intimate the petitioner so that the petitioner can 3/6

question the same in the manner known to law. With this direction to the jurisdictional Tahsildar and liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
